Refund Policy:

Our desire is for you to be completely satisfied with your order. Many of the items we sell are customized just for YOU so they are not returnable unless an error was made on our part. Please double-check all details including size and monogram before placing your order. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within three days from receipt of your order and provide a photo of the issue.

Other items that are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, non-customized may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store Credit is valid for 1 year from date of issuance. 


If an item arrives damaged, please contact with within three days of the receipt of your package and provide photographs of the damage.

We recommend that returns be shipped with a valid tracking number. Gingham and Pearls is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please be sure to email us, so we can be on the lookout for your return. Please do not send return inquiries or information through Instagram or Facebook. 

 

Should you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise which you believe to be defective or damaged, please reach out to us immediately at . All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
